Region 6 is offering a SLACK option will be available unlimited this year in all events except Rough Stock only ran on Saturday - Chute Dogging and Steer Wrestling only ran on Sunday - all other events are available - it will be $150 fee per rodeo you run slack in - if you choose to run in SLACK on Saturday your Sunday run will follow at the end of the Saturday run, if you choose to run in SLACK on Sunday your Saturday run will be the first one out on Sunday and that animal will not be used on Saturday - you will get the first run on the animal. When entering you will choose SLACK for your event. UNLIMITED.
Complete online rodeo entry from and either pay with credit card or pay at the rodeo (Venmo (@thsra6), cash, check or money order). When late entry begins there will be a $45 late fee per rodeo added (so could be $90 for the double weekend).
All fees must be paid TWO EVENTS BEFORE YOU RUN OR YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE. – THERE IS A REGION 6 VENMO as well @thsra6
MEDICAL AND VET DRAW OUT – will only be honored if you notify the secretary, Anne Dollery at 979-412-2551 (you may text – DO NOT EMAIL) before the rodeo starts. I will need a vet release or a doctors note for fees to be refunded. If your horse was injured during the first rodeo, you must send in a vet release by the following Monday from your vet to receive refund.
After the majority of the memberships are in I will be making an email group, if after the first rodeo you are not receiving my emails contact me and I will add you. You may email me at region6thsra@gmail.com
As a reminder, we are all required to follow the NHSRA rule book. Knowing the rules makes everything run smoother.
